Giallo ocra, bassa fermentazione, leggera 4,8% , storicamente non filtrata. Sentori di crosta di pane ed erba tagliata, semplice con questo aroma fragrante con un profilo rustico.
Come ce l’aspettavamo con un susseguirsi di cereali e fiori di campo.
