I ragazzi di Seregno (Mi) finalisti di quest’anno del Birraio dell’Anno di Fermento Birra, ci presentano in lattina da 40cl la loro Pils German style, nel processo produttivo troviamo malti Premium Pils e il classico luppolo Tettnang, quest’ultimo utilizzato anche in un ulteriore passaggio in dry Hopping.
Dorata e cristallina con un abbondante cappello di schiuma bianca.
Al naso note mielate e di crosta di pane, il profilo luppolato erbaceo viene fuori specialmente nel retrolfatto.
In bevuta scorre piacevole e fresca, proprio ciò che cerchi da una bassa in stile teutonico.
