Potremmo parlare ore dell’etichetta di questa birra perché meravigliosa come quasi tutte quelle del birrificio olandese.
Alla vista giallo paglierino con un bel cappello di schiuma bianco che sparisce velocemente.
Al naso la caratteristica principale di questo lavoro dei ragazzi di Haarlem, l’oro nero del Madagascar, la Vanglia che va a braccetto con i classici flavour dello stile tra cui la pasta madre.
In bevuta corpo snello ma con un bello spunto acidulo molto piacevole, frizzantezza non pervenuta leggera mineralità.
Il retrolfatto è dominato da un equilibrio tra la vaniglia ed alcune note maltate che vengono fuori sul finale.

At the sight straw yellow with a nice white foam cap that disappears quickly.
On the nose, the main feature of this work by the Haarlem boys, the black gold of Madagascar, the Vanilla that goes hand in hand with the classic flavors of the style including sourdough.
When drunk, slender body but with a nice and very pleasant acidic hint, sparklingness not received light minerality.
The aftertaste is dominated by a balance between vanilla and some malty notes that come out on the finish.
