Andy ci mostra subito quanta passione e calore c’è dentro questa fantastica miscela, infatti Zoigl si traduce cosi: è l’apertura settimanale agli abitanti della zona da parte delle famiglie che brassavano in casa.
Leggermente velata, profumi di crosta di pane e malto.
Note di pane che ritornano di continuo, sentori floreali dati dal luppolo che ci conducono verso un finale amaro.
