È sempre bello sognare la Franconia e Gänstaller Braumanufaktur ormai ci stupisce sempre di più, le sue creature sono vive, piene di energia e ci trasmettono sempre tanto piacere.
Una schiuma pannosa e abbondante che quasi trabocca dal bicchiere, un leggero arancio velato che traspare l’incontro tra la tradizione teutonica e boema.
Decisamente fresca, non filtrata con lievito naturale, scorre veloce quasi da ansimare il rabbocco del bicchiere.
Un inizio e fine di luppolo aspro, una birra piena e corposa 5,1%.

It’s always nice to dream of Franconia and Gänstaller now amazes us more and more, its creatures are alive, full of energy and always give us so much pleasure.
A creamy and abundant foam that almost overflows from the glass, a light veiled orange that shines through the encounter between the Teutonic and Bohemian tradition.
Definitely fresh, unfiltered with natural yeast, it flows almost breathlessly when topping up the glass.
A beginning and end of sour hops, a full-bodied 5.1% beer. As Andy says: “ideal after visiting your mother-in-law”
