Potremmo parlarvi del colore dorato di questa birra, dei sentori che vanno dal cereale fino ad arrivare al miele, della sua incredibile scorrevolezza, ma saremo un po’ ripetitivi con tutto lo standard incontrato durante il nostro viaggio in Franconia. Parliamo piuttosto di Neder che si trova a Forcheim una piccola cittadina nota soprattutto per l’Anna Fest il più importante festival di birra della francofonia che si tiene a luglio. Il loro birrificio è come te lo aspetteresti, estremamente rustico, duro e puro come un po’ tutti quelli di questa zona. Tra le loro produzioni sottolineiamo la Schwartz che ha reso celebre Neder nella cerchia dei birrifici Franconi. Ma soprattutto un giorno ci piacerebbe approfondire cosa significa entrare dentro uno di questi birrifici e chiedere una birra magari sedendosi al tavolo, dunque capirne le sfaccettature sociali, dei loro avventori e di chi da anni fa birra per passione, per se stessi e per i propri concittadini, ma forse è un argomento troppo lungo da inserire questo post.

Instead, let’s talk about Neder who is located in Forcheim, a small town known above all for the Anna Fest, the most important beer festival in Francophonie held in July. Their brewery is as you would expect it to be, extremely rustic, hard and pure like everyone else in this area. Among their productions we highlight the Schwartz which made Neder famous in the circle of Franconian breweries. But above all one day we would like to write more about what it means to enter one of these breweries and ask for a beer perhaps sitting at the table, thus understanding the social aspects, of their customers and of those who have been brewing beer for years for passion, for themselves and for their own fellow citizens, but perhaps it is too long a topic to include this post.
