Before the Storm di Radical Brewery è un’American Pale Ale con un intenso profumo che evoca meravigliose giornate estive senza fine.
Tutto merito dell’abbondanza nell’uso dei luppoli americani.
Colore ambrato con schiuma bianca e poco persistente. Profumo intenso di resina e agrumi.
In bocca esplodono grazie ad una buona spinta frizzante, frutti tropicali come mango e frutta estiva come pesca.
Il finale torna, come da manuale per questo stile molto amaro e asciuga il palato lasciando una buona sensazione, quella di essersi dissetati.

All thanks to the abundance in the use of American hops.
Amber color with white and not very persistent foam.
Intense aroma of resin and citrus.
In the mouth they explode thanks to a good sparkling push, tropical fruits such as mango and summer fruit such as peach.
The finish returns, as per the textbook for this very bitter style and dries the palate leaving a good feeling, that of having quenched your thirst.
