Guru – Golden Ale

Con la stagione calda che inizia a far capolino, una birra fresca e dissetante è quello che ci vuole.
Le Golden Ale, anche conosciute come Summer Ale sono alte fermentazioni inglesi dal corpo esile e dal grado alcolico molto contenuto che soddisfano la voglia di freschezza e che combattono l’arsura.
La Guru è l’interpretazione dello stile de Birrificio I Due Mastri, birrificio toscano in quel di Prato.
Colore giallo, leggermente velata e con un bel cappello di schiuma bianco, risulta molto scorrevole e pulita nella bevuta con sentore di cereale e panificato,  un finale secco e un retrogusto di leggero erbaceo.
Il grado alcolico è molto contenuto, 4% e permette diverse riprese di rimbocco del bicchiere.

With the warm season starting to peek in, a cool, thirst-quenching beer is what it takes. Golden Ale, also known as Summer Ale, are high English fermentations with a thin body and a very low alcohol content that satisfy the desire for freshness and fight the heat.
The Guru is the interpretation of the style of I due Mastri, a Tuscan brewery in Prato.
Yellow color, slightly veiled and with a nice white head, it is very smooth and clean in the drink with a hint of cereal and bread, a dry finish and a slightly herbaceous aftertaste.
The alcohol content is very low, 4% and allows for different refilling of the glass.
