Keep Calm – American Pale Ale

Prodotta per gli amici di 16 Birra in collaborazione con gli amici di Jungle Juice Brewing in occasione della Vittoria degli Azzurri contro la nazionale inglese ad Euro 2020.
Possiamo definirla Progetto a “metri 300”, giusto la distanza in linea d’aria dal birrificio al pub.
Presentata sempre con questa bella lattina realizzata, come da tradizione dal grafico disegnatore fumettista Pupazzaro’s art.
È una APA di 5,7 %. Schiuma abbondante, colore giallo paglierino limpido. Profumo intenso di frutti tropicali: ananas, mango, ma anche pesca e banana.
In bocca invece risulta esile, leggera, e il finale non è troppo amaro o astringente.
Sicuramente Sua Maestà gradirebbe…God save the Queen!!!

That’s an APA of 5.7%. Abundant foam, clear straw yellow color.
Intense aroma of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango, but also peach and banana.
In the mouth, however, it is thin, light, and the finish is not too bitter or astringent.
