The Scientist – Sour NEIPA

The Scientist Sour NEIPA di Birra dell’Eremo 6,6% – Linea Blind Creativity Lab.
Seconda birra bevuta, seconda bomba del progetto “sperimentale” di Enrico Ciani, avevamo già apprezzato l’incredibile Coffe And Tv ed ora andiamo di The Scientist (Enrì niente niente che te piace il Brit Rock???). Come spiegato perfettamente da Alessandra qui il lavoro del Kluyveromyces Thermotolerans (lievito utilizzato) da a questa New England note citriche di Lime e pompelmo.
Alla vista color arancio con un cappello di schiuma beige fine non troppo abbondante ma persistente.
Spiegarla non è semplice bisognerebbe berla per capire cosa unisce i profumi, il corpo e le rotondità di una Neipa con lo spunto acidulo ed agrumato di una Sour ma il risultato è clamoroso, un trionfo di freschezza e complessità.

As explained perfectly by Alessandra here the work of Kluyveromyces Thermotolerans (yeast used) gives this New England citrus notes of Lime and grapefruit.
At the sight of orange color with a cap of fine beige foam not too abundant but persistent.
Explaining it is not easy, it should be drunk to understand what unites the aromas, body and roundness of a Neipa with the acidulous and citrusy hint of a Sour but the result is sensational, a triumph of freshness and complexity.
