Tra le varie che abbiamo assaggiato del birrificio di Bamberga questa Russian era quella che ci convinceva meno, possibile che una dei nuovi simboli dello stile Francone possa tirar fuori qualcosa di buono da uno stile tanto distante?
La risposta è sì, impressiona già alla vista, nel versarla si nota la sua incredibile viscosità, profumi di caffè e liquirizia, in bocca è un trionfo di pastosità, tra schiuma pannosa e corpo pieno.
Il retrolfatto è quasi “pastry”, cioccolato fondente e caffè ed una nota amara di tostatura che chiude in maniera trionfale un’esperienza di bevuta eccellente, bravo Andreas!
