Saggia – Blanche

Saggia…ovvero l’interpretazione dello stile blanche in quel di Assisi da parte di Birra dell’Eremo.
Colore giallo paglierino schiuma compatta e persistente.
Al naso il fruttato del lievito e lo speziato di coriandolo, arancia e bergamotto sono i protagonisti.
L’agrumato nel palato la rende molto dissetante e i 5 gradi alcolici agevolano “saggiamente” la bevuta ripetuta ad oltranza!
Una birra il cui formato dovrebbe essere secchio e non bottiglia

Saggia…or rather Birra dell’Eremo’s interpretation of the blanche style in Assisi. Straw yellow color, compact and persistent foam. On the nose the fruity yeast and the spicy coriander, orange and bergamot are the protagonists. The citrus on the palate makes it very thirst-quenching and the 5% alcohol content “wisely” facilitates repeated drinking to the bitter end! A beer whose format should be a bucket and not a bottle
