Aria – Session IPA

Altra birra di Birra dell’Eremo che in questo momento si sta muovendo alla grande.
Aria rappresenta nel tutto e per tutto il suo stile, colore giallo paglierino con un leggerissimo cappello di schiuma bianca ed una limpidezza quasi cristallina.
Al naso un trionfo di passion fruit, mango e litchies.
In bevuta risulta secca e dissetante, l’amaro dato dal Mosaic e dal Galaxy abbinato ad un corpo esile ed al ritorno in retrolfatto degli aromi tropicali rendono “Aria” una Session di piacevole bevuta, un sorso tira l’altro.
Perfetta per chi ama una birra dal palato amaro, leggera, intensamente profumata e soprattutto beverina!.
Poi, visti i tempi, che c’è de meglio de na boccata d’Aria?

Session IPA of Birra dell’Eremo, another beer from a brewery that is moving so good at the moment. Aria represents in all its style, straw yellow color with a very light white foam hat and an almost crystalline clarity. On the nose a triumph of passion fruit, mango and litchies. In drinking it is dry and thirst-quenching, the bitterness given by the Mosaic and the Galaxy combined with a slender body and the return of tropical aromas in the aftertaste make “Aria” a session of pleasant drinking, one sip takes the other. Perfect for those who love a beer with a bitter, light, intensely perfumed and above all drinkable!
