Asia – Blanche

Interpretazione dello stile belga da parte del birrificio Hammer – Italian Craft Beer, Asia è una birra Blanche con un grado alcolico di 5°.Nel bicchiere un colore giallo paglierino con la velatura caratterististica donata dall’utilizzo di frumento non maltato e avena. L’uso di agrumi e spezie orientali, la fermentazione con lievito belga e l’utilizzo di scorza d’arancia amara e coriandolo donano alla birra un bouquet di aromi molto complesso. Fresca e molto beverina è ideale per rinfrescare le giornate della bella stagione e per iniziare una serata al pub nel resto dell’anno. La birra ideale visto che non “esistono più le mezze stagioni”
