Altra grande birra dei ragazzi di Mister B di Mantova che questa volta si cimentano con una Gose, lo stile originario di Lipsia (più precisamente di Goslar), zona di cave minerali, soprattutto di sale che disciogliendosi arriva alle falde acquifere della città e fa si che utilizzando l’acqua locale per birrificare vengano fuori birre leggermente sapide. Riconosciuta tra le fermentazioni miste, in principio era una spontanea, oggi grazie all’ingresso di lactobacilli le sue caratteristiche tipiche garantiscono anche un tocco lieve di acidità. La Bahia oltre ad attenersi fedelmente allo standard di stile cala giù l’asso inserendo in questo mix la polpa di guava. Giallo paglierino, torbida e con un cappello di schiuma bianca la Bahia sprigiona al naso profumi esotici e note minerali, alla bevuta un trionfo di Guava dolce che termina in un crescendo di sapidità, corpo leggero e buona carbonazione. Davvero un’ottima Gose!

Straw yellow, turbid and with a white foam hat, the Bahia releases exotic aromas and mineral notes to the nose, when drunk, a triumph of sweet Guava that ends in a growing of flavors, light body and good carbonation. A really good Gose!
