Birrificio storico, tra i capostipiti della birra artigianale italiana, Lambrate, nato a Milano nel 1996, è oggi riconosciuto universalmente come eccellenza italiana. La Robb de Matt per noi Romani è quasi un’icona nel mondo delle IPA, di cui qui siamo grandi consumatori, come da dicitura parliamo di una RYE, quindi prodotta con l’inserimento di malti di segale, cereale che di suo dona alla Birra una nota speziata tipica. Dorata con un’abbondante cappello di schiuma color latte, al naso pompelmo e note resinose oltre alle spezie che abbiamo citato. Un corpo leggero ed una leggera carbonazione porta alla chiusura attraverso un gusto in cui l’amaro predomina. In retrolfatto torna l’agrumato assieme al resinoso con un amaro persistente e piacevole.
