Assaggiamo questa Rye (segale) Ipa dove alla vista spicca una schiuma abbondante, compatta, bianca e persistente che ci fanno subito capire l’importanza del cereale protagonista che aiuta ad ottenere una vera e propria pannosità a questa bellissima schiuma. Il colore è un arancio ramato, torbida quanto basta al naso ci porta frutta a pasta gialla su tutte la pesca noce e il tropicale dei luppoli americani con sentori di mango e lichies. In bocca poca frizzantezza, entra dolce conclude amara e secca. Un corpo presente ed un retrolfatto erbaceo e floreale concludono la bevuta che nonostante la gradazione importante risulta molto scorrevole.

Little sparkle in the mouth, enters sweet, ends bitter and dry. A present body and a herbaceous and floral aftertaste conclude the drink which despite the important alcohol content is so smooth.
