Il birrificio abruzzese di Notaresco, sempre alla ricerca di prodotti locali, ci stupisce sempre con le sue creature. Perfettamente dorata e “violenta” (come il nome recita) di luppolatura citrica: scorza d’arancia rafforzata dall’aggiunta a fine bollitura di pompelmi limoni. Bilanciata dalla rotondità di sentori di frutta a pasta gialla e note balsamiche. Cade a pennello nella stagione calda , estremamente beverina con la giusta frizzantezza. Siamo lieti che sia Born in Italy!!!

Violent Shared 4,1% Session IPA – Opperbacco microbrewery The Abruzzese brewery of Notaresco, always looking for local products, always amazes us with its creatures. Perfectly golden and “violent” (as the name says) of citric hopping: orange peel strengthened by the addition of grapefruits and lemons at the end of boiling. Balanced by the roundness of hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and balsamic notes. It falls perfectly in the hot season, extremely drinkable with the right sparkle. We are delighted that it is Born in Italy!!!
