Soft Porn – Milk Stout

Che vi fa venire in mente un divano tre posti e la scritta “soft porn”?
A noi ovviamente la milk stout dei ragazzi di Jungle Juice Brewing ;-).
5,8% di nero intenso e corposo sormontato da una morbida schiuma color cappuccino, abbondante e persistente.
I sensi godono tutti: la sentiamo scendere nel bicchiere dalla lattina e la guardiamo pronta ad accoglierci.
Gioisce l’olfatto con le intense note torrefatte, poi il gusto con le spiccate note di caffè dolce e sullo sfondo un richiamo alla liquirizia e infine il palato, solleticato dall’avena avvolgente.
Una “comfort beer” la definiscono i suoi creatori.

As for us, of course, they remind us of the milk stout of the guys at Jungle Juice ;-).
5.8% deep and full-bodied black topped by a soft cappuccino coloured foam, abundant and persistent.
Everyone’s senses enjoy it: we feel it coming down into the glass from the can and look at it ready to welcome us.
The nose rejoices with the intense roasted notes, then the taste with the distinct notes of sweet coffee and in the background a hint of liquorice and finally the palate, tickled by the enveloping oats.
A “comfort beer” as its creators define it.
