Blanche des Honnelles – Blanche

L’anno 1979 riportato in etichetta ricorda l’anno di fondazione del birrificio, la Abbaye des Rocs, la cui produzione è fortemente legata al territorio belga e alle sue materie prime.
L’acqua utilizzata è presa direttamente dal pozzo del birrificio.
Tra le birre prodotte spicca la Blanche des Honnelles, il cui nome omaggia due piccoli fiumi della zona: il grande e il picoolo Honnelles.
Rispetto alle classiche blanche, la gradazione è più alta, 6 gradi, risulta meno acidula e leggermente più dolce.
La bevuta però non perde assolutamente slancio e rimane beverina e rinfrescante.

The year 1979 shown on the label recalls the year the brewery was founded, the Abbaye des Rocs, whose production is strongly linked to the Belgian territory and its raw materials.
The water used is taken directly from the brewery well. Among the beers produced, the Blanche des Honnelles stands out, whose name pays homage to two small rivers in the area: the large and the small Honnelles. Compared to the classic blanche, the alcohol content is higher, 6 degrees, it is less acidulous and slightly sweeter.
The drink, however, absolutely does not lose momentum and remains drinkable and refreshing.
