Dorata e velata alla vista, coperta da un lieve cappello di schiuma bianca poco persistente ci regala un profilo aromatico ricco di Passionfruit e di freschezza citrica.
In bevuta un corpo medio ed una frizzantezza appena accennata accompagnano il lavoro degli svedesi di Göteborg verso un’evoluzione gustativa dissetante e ricca di sensazioni al palato che vanno dall’acido al dolce.
Il retrolfatto scopre il lato “ginger” di questa Sour che va a braccetto con il Passionfruit. Ottima ed equilibrata.

Golden and veiled to the eye, covered by a light cap of not very persistent white foam, it gives us an aromatic profile rich in Passionfruit and citric freshness. When drunk, a medium body and a slightly hinted sparkle accompany the work of the Swedes from Gothenburg towards a refreshing taste evolution rich in sensations on the palate ranging from acid to sweet. The aftertaste discovers the “ginger” side of this Sour that goes hand in hand with Passionfruit. Excellent and balanced.
