ReMatch DDH PALE ALE di Bonavena Brewing
Rivisitazione della Match che è stata tra le prime DDH pale ale italiane, Bonavena Brewing ci porta sempre verso un viaggio gustativo di ottimo livello.
Estremamente pulita, è ormai un marchio di fabbrica, con nuova luppolatura del Mosaic in versione Spectrum e del Summit, ovviamente con doppio dry hopping.
Fresca, beverina 5,4% e ricca di note fruttate decisamente tropical.
In chiusura un amaro piacevole e non invasivo.

Reinterpretation of the Match which was one of the first Italian pale ale DDH, Bonavena Brewing always takes us towards an excellent taste journey. Extremely clean, it is now a trademark, with new hopping of the Mosaic in the Spectrum version and of the Summit, obviously with double dry hopping. Fresh, drinkable 5.4% and rich in decidedly tropical fruity notes.In closing a pleasant and non-invasive bitter.
