Mega Moka 6% – Porter di Birra del Borgo
Nasce dalla collaborazione del birrificio di Borgorose (Rieti) con il birrificio statunitense di Seattle – Elysian. Nera come la notte, sormontata da un cappello di schiuma compatto e color cappuccino sprigiona al naso aromi tostati, di caffè (35kg di caffè liquido aggiunto in finale di fermentazione) e leggeri sentori di affumicato e di stecco di liquirizia. In bocca il caffè la fa da padrone ma ritroviamo in retrogusto molte delle caratteristiche olfattive (torrefatto e stecco di liquirizia). Il dolce e l’amaro ben bilanciati e una leggerissima sapidità donano un buon equilibrio alla bevuta dei suoi 6 gradi alcolici.

Born from the collaboration from the brewery of Borgorose (Rieti – Italy) and the american Elysian Brewing in Seattle. Black like the night, topped with a compact and cappuccino-colored foam hat, it releases to the nose roasted aromas of coffee (35kg of liquid coffee added in the final of fermentation) and light hints of smoked and licorice stick. In the mouth the coffee is the master but we find in the aftertaste many of the olfactory characteristics (roasted and licorice stick). The sweet and bitter well balanced and a very light flavor give a good balance to drink of its 6 alcoholic degrees.
