Storico birrificio inglese attivo dagli anni ’70 situato nella bellissima campagna del Suffolk.
Color tonaca di frate con riflessi violacei è un blend di Porter giovane e invecchiata.
I sensi sono subito inebriati da questo legame di malti-liquirizia; al palato il caramello armonizza con estrema dolcezza.
Non fatevi ingannare dall’etichetta è una birra beverina (5,1 %) , scorre veloce con sentori liquorosi con un finale secco dei luppoli del Kent.
Extra: iconica bottiglia del 1700 in uso a Filadelfia per contenere liquori. Perfetto abbinamento con un barbecue.

Friar frock color with purple reflections is a blend of young and aged Porter.
The senses are immediately inebriated by this malty-licorice bond; on the palate the caramel harmonizes with extreme sweetness.
Don’t be fooled by the label it is a drinkable beer (5.1%), fast flowing with fortified hints with a dry finish of Kent hops.
Extra: iconic bottle from the 1700s used in Philadelphia to contain spirits. Perfect match with a barbecue.
