Torniamo in terra sarda per apprezzare questo capolavoro. Partiamo dal nome: la leggenda racconta che Lucifero in fuga dagli Angeli, disarcionato dal cavallo perse la sella che si trasformò nel promontorio da cui prende appellativo l’omonimo promontorio.
Una birra che non stanca mai, ambrata con riflessi arancio con schiuma non abbondante ma persistente.
Caramello con malti tostati accompagnati da note di prugna.
Ottimo equilibrio, leggeri sentori vinosi, così calorosa da scaldarci il cuore (6,5%).
Finale deciso con leggeri sentori di luppolo amaricante.

Let’s go back to Sardinia to appreciate this masterpiece. Let’s start with the name: the legend tells that Lucifer fleeing from the Angels, thrown from his horse, lost the saddle which turned into the promontory from which the homonymous promontory takes its name.
A beer that never tires, amber with orange reflections with not abundant but persistent foam.
Caramel with toasted malts accompanied by notes of plum.
Excellent balance, light vinous hints, so warm that it warms the heart (6.5%).
Strong finish with light hints of bitter hops.
